Top Genes

This analysis retrieves the genes with the highest ERC values for a given query gene. The default will search the entire genome (top), or alternatively a user-defined subset of genes (bottom). The subset function allows filtering based on secondary criteria. The results provide an empirical p-value which is simply the proportional rank of that gene in the genome-wide distribution of the query gene.
