I was a Ph.D. fellow funded by Honjo International Scholarship Foundation while conducting my research at Sorbonne University (former Pierre et Marie Curie University). During my Ph.D., I focused on protein structure and functionality prediction. Toward the end of my studies, I became interested in rapidly evolving pathogens, such as viruses, and their interactions with the immune system. Currently, my work focuses on the quantitative characterization of coevolutionary processes between HIV-1 and antibodies, as well as quantifying genetic interactions from genetic evolution.
