My research group continues to develop state-of-the-art technologies, focusing on image analysis algorithms, molecular markers, and microscopy modalities for screening early cancer progression and radiation-induced effects, supported by robust computational models. My work is rooted in radiation biology and bioinformatics, where I have pioneered methods like the Costes Colocalization Method, a widely adopted algorithm for quantifying protein interactions.
